HOTEL & HOSPITALITY PLUMBING
Guest Experience Starts With the Plumbing.
Guest room fixtures, domestic hot water, kitchen grease systems, laundry supply lines, pool and spa plumbing, backflow compliance, and 24/7 emergency response — from a C-36 licensed contractor based in Anaheim, the center of Southern California's hospitality market.
A guest who can't shower, a kitchen that can't open, a banquet hall with no hot water — those are revenue problems, not maintenance tickets. We respond accordingly.

WHY IT MATTERS FOR YOUR PROPERTY
Hotels Have More Plumbing Systems Than Almost Any Other Building.
Guest rooms with individual fixture sets. Central hot water systems that can't go down. Commercial kitchens with grease traps and gas lines. Laundry facilities with high-volume supply and drain connections. Pool and spa equipment. Banquet and conference restrooms. Irrigation and landscape backflow. A single hotel touches more plumbing service lines than most commercial properties combined.
And every one of those systems is connected to the guest experience. A cold shower at 6 a.m. becomes a front desk complaint by 6:05. A backed-up drain in a ballroom during an event becomes a management crisis. A grease trap violation from the kitchen becomes a health department issue.
We've spent 29 years in commercial plumbing, handling multi-system properties for the largest property management firms and REITs in Southern California. Hotels are a natural extension of that work — the same building systems, the same documentation standards, and the same 24/7 emergency response, applied to a property where the stakes are measured in guest reviews and lost room nights.

FULL SCOPE, ALL IN-HOUSE
The Plumbing Services Hotels Need Most.
Hotels touch more plumbing disciplines than most property types. Guest rooms, kitchens, laundry, pools, banquet facilities, and common areas — each with different systems and different urgency levels. We handle them all under one contract.
Hot Water Systems
Central water heaters, recirculation pumps, mixing valves, and point-of-use units. Repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance for the system guests notice first when it fails. Permitted installation with code-compliant connections.
Drain & Sewer Service
Guest room drains, kitchen floor drains, laundry connections, and mainline sewer. Hair, grease, and high-volume use create blockages that cable machines and hydro-jetting resolve — with camera inspection to confirm the line is clear.
Kitchen & Grease Trap
Licensed grease trap pumping, cleaning, and state manifest documentation for hotel kitchens, banquet facilities, and restaurant outlets. Recurring programs scheduled around kitchen operations and seasonal volume changes.
Backflow Testing
Annual compliance testing for domestic, irrigation, pool/spa, and fire suppression backflow assemblies. Hotels often have multiple devices across different systems. We test all of them, file with the county, and deliver your compliance report.
Gas Line Service
Gas line repair, leak detection, and new connections for kitchen equipment, pool heaters, laundry dryers, and building heating systems. Permitted work with fire marshal coordination.
Emergency Response
24/7 dispatch with a 2-hour P1 response target. A room out of service is revenue that never comes back. We respond to flooding, sewer backups, hot water failures, and gas leaks around the clock — because hotels never close.
WHO WE SERVE
The Hospitality Property Types We Work With.
-
Full-Service Hotels & Resorts
Multi-story guest room plumbing, central hot water plants, commercial kitchens, banquet and event facilities, pool and spa systems, and laundry operations. The highest-complexity hospitality properties — with the most plumbing systems to maintain and the most at stake when something fails.
-
Select-Service & Limited-Service Hotels
Guest room fixture sets, central water heaters, breakfast area plumbing, fitness center restrooms, and pool equipment. Fewer food and beverage systems, but the same guest-facing urgency when a room goes out of service or hot water fails.
-
Extended Stay Properties
In-room kitchenettes with individual supply, drain, and gas connections. Higher fixture wear from long-term occupancy. Laundry facilities with heavy water demand. The plumbing profile is closer to multi-family than traditional hotel — we service both.
-
Convention & Conference Hotels
Large restroom cores for event attendance, commercial kitchens serving banquet volumes, and plumbing infrastructure that has to handle peak-load demand during conferences and off-peak periods in between. We scale service to your event calendar.

HOTEL OPERATIONS & RENOVATION PLUMBING
What Hotel Engineering Teams Deal With.
The Hospitality Plumbing Challenge
Hotels have operational constraints that other commercial properties don't. Your plumbing contractor needs to understand all of them.
- Guest-occupied rooms: Plumbing work adjacent to or above occupied guest rooms requires coordination with front desk and housekeeping. Noise, water shutoffs, and access windows all have to be planned around occupancy.
- Revenue impact: A room out of service for plumbing isn't a maintenance cost — it's lost revenue that can't be recovered. A 300-room hotel at 85% occupancy loses real money for every room taken offline. Response time and repair speed have direct financial impact.
- Seasonal volume swings: Convention hotels spike during events. Resort properties peak in summer. Kitchen grease output and fixture wear follow occupancy. Your maintenance and grease trap schedules need to flex with demand.
- Brand standards and PIPs: Franchise brands mandate fixture types, finishes, and ADA configurations during Property Improvement Plans. Renovation plumbing has to meet brand specs, local code, and timeline — often across dozens or hundreds of rooms.
What We Bring to Your Property
We've spent 29 years managing multi-system commercial properties. Here's how that translates to hospitality.
PIP & Renovation Plumbing
Guest room bathroom renovations, fixture replacements, riser work, and ADA upgrades. We handle the plumbing scope for brand-mandated PIPs — rough-in through finish, permitted and inspected.
Preventive Maintenance Programs
Scheduled drain maintenance, water heater inspections, grease trap service, and backflow testing on a calendar tied to your operating rhythm. We manage the schedule — your engineering team approves the PO.
After-Hours & Coordination
We work around your housekeeping schedule, your check-in/check-out windows, and your event calendar. Plumbing work in a hotel has to be invisible to the guest whenever possible.
Multi-Property Programs
Management companies with multiple hotels in Southern California get one vendor, one rate sheet, and consolidated invoicing. Consistent service standards and documentation across properties.

The Contractor Commercial Property Teams Rely On.
"We manage a portfolio of commercial properties that includes hospitality assets. California Coast Plumbers handles the plumbing across our entire portfolio — office buildings, retail centers, and hotel properties. The consistency is what matters. Same documentation standards, same response times, same point of contact regardless of the property type."
Regional Property Manager — Commercial REIT
"We needed a plumber who could handle the building systems on a full-service property — central water heaters, kitchen grease traps, guest room drains, pool equipment, and emergency calls at any hour. CCP brought the same vendor qualification package and SLA structure they use for Class A office buildings. It works just as well in hospitality."
Director of Engineering — Full-Service Hotel, Orange County
"Response time is everything in a hotel. A guest calls the front desk, the front desk calls engineering, and engineering needs a plumber who actually picks up the phone and shows up. CCP's 24/7 dispatch and 2-hour emergency target is the reason they're our first call. The documentation and invoicing are just the bonus."
